Fulfillment Options
Allgood Depot fulfills orders three ways, depending on the product and your location:
- Warehouse Pickup — Free. Pick up your order at 1824 Lower Roswell Rd, Marietta, GA 30068 during business hours. We'll email or call when it's ready.
- Local/Jobsite Delivery — Available within the greater Atlanta metro area for most in-stock items. Delivery fees are calculated by distance and order size and shown before you complete checkout.
- Regional & Freight (LTL) Delivery — Larger or bulk orders, and orders shipping outside the Atlanta metro, ship via freight/LTL carrier. Not every product qualifies for long-distance freight — oversized or custom-configured doors and windows may be pickup- or local-delivery-only. Your cart and checkout will show which delivery options apply to your specific items.
Lead Times
In-stock items typically ship or are ready for pickup within 1–3 business days. Special-order sizes and configurations carry the lead time shown on the product page before you add it to your cart. Freight delivery adds standard carrier transit time on top of this.
Damaged or Missing Freight Items
Inspect freight deliveries before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at (404) 717-4547 or [EMAIL] with photos so we can file a claim with the carrier.
